Even though I share a lot of real life things here on the blog, my stories are all fictional. They’re born out of real life struggles but the characters and what happens in them is made up. But each one has a specific question that I wrestled with while writing it. In some ways, I see them as long format greeting cards, a little something to share with yourself or a friend when you’re going through tough times. Journey with Mary as she discovers what’s most important to her and how she can answer her heart’s desire in the midst of her dreams falling apart. This store deals with recovering from miscarriage and divorce, discovering if God can make the impossible happen without our making it happen.
The Hunt for Perfection
Chris had no idea his perfect life was moments away from utter destruction. As everything begins to fall apart he wonders if he’ll even survive. Journey with Chris as he struggles with his desire for perfection and how he finds his way to freedom. This story deals with creating an illusion of self and how to let go of the masks that you share with the world so that you can be your true self.
